Emerald blue

Emerald Blue is a modern 48ft  S&S Classic designed by arguably the worlds most famous yacht designer Olin Stephens.
She is strong, seaworthy, fast and beautiful.

Emerald Blue turns heads wherever she sails and her crew are often to be seen collecting prizes on the podium at Regattas and club races.

She can carry up to 5 sails on her ketch rig, yet easy to steer and handle, many novices who have sailed her have become enthusiastic sailors.
The accommodation is roomy, light and airy, and the systems on board are simple and efficient.
Delicious Thai and Western food is provided on board by Bok, Emerald Blue’s Friendly, cheerful, Thai cook.

Emerald Blue can carry up to 5 sails at a time on her lofty ketch rig. When the wind falls light and other reach for their engines start buttons, we set more sails instead.

From € 800 per day for up to 5 guests.

- For international voyages, Immigration and customs formalities will be completed.

Extra costs for Burma
The Burmese government levies the following extra charges on visitors traveling by yacht which are payable in US $cash
$ 280 - 380 per person depending on length of stay. minimum 5 days.

*While at anchor in Port Blair, lunch and dinner will not be provided on board.

Booking Conditions

80% of the charter Fee shall be refundable if the applicant is unable to take up their booking and Emerald Blue is able to obtain a replacement booking.

Yacht’s skipper and crew will use their best endeavours to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the applicant in accordance with the standards of good seamanship at all times. They reserve the right at any time and for any reason to modify the schedule and itinerary.

Emerald Blue’s crews, agents and independent contractors shall be under no liability for any inconvenience, delay, damage, injury or additional loss or expense, howsoever caused, unless by the gross or willful negligence of its servants, agents or independent contractors.

The right is reserved to cancel the booking due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond control. In the event the applicant will be informed as early as possible and the Charter Fee refunded in full, or to the extent paid by the date of the cancellation. Liability, if any, will be limited in all respects to the return of any amounts paid to it.

The applicant accepts the absolute authority of the skipper in all matters relating to the running of the yacht.

Flights and transfers between airports and the Yacht are not included in the voyage fee. National park fees are not included in the charter fee. Cost of visas are not included in the charter fee. PERSONAL INSURANCE: All applicants are required to take out suitable travel insurance.
